Natalie and her team were extremely helpful and open throughout this process. We initially went the FSBO route thinking that we would save time and money selling our house, but after a few weeks of little interest (aside from a billion realtors who wanted to be our listing agent) we decided that it wasn't worth the hassle and hired Natalie and her team. Five days after hiring her we received two offers on the house, both ABOVE our asking price! In addition, they had the knowledge and expertise to handle EVERYTHING related to the sale. I got to relax while they scheduled appointments, verified the closing documents, negotiated details, etc. She was also very responsive to my questions and concerns throughout the process- she was only ever a phone call or text away (even at 10:30pm!)
